JWHLLC founder, Joseph W. Hendrickson (Joe), is a financial and information technology executive with a successful track record of providing strategic, business process redesign and organizational change, implementation and upgrade, and technology services to clients that operate within the public and commercial industry segments. Joe has extensive experience leading large technology-enabled process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
Joe has over 30 years of hands on leadership experience with Oracle solutions. Joe has worked with most of the leading commercially available Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions in the marketplace including: PeopleSoft, eBusiness, JD Edwards, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft AX, Lawson, SAP, Hyperion, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, etc. Joe has provided hands-on leadership to over 100 ERP/CRM/BI-related program/projects during his career.
