Provided project management and integration assistance on the PeopleSoft v9.2 Human Capital Management optimization project at a large private mid-western university. Scope of work included designing and integrating PeopleSoft functionality with 3rd party benefits application and custom faculty recruitment bolt-on solution.

Provided project assistance on the PeopleSoft v9.0 to v9.2 Campus Solutions upgrade at a large private mid-western university.  Scope of work included designing and configuring additional delivered campus solutions functionality to replace existing PeopleSoft v9.0 customizations and/or support new regulatory and business requirements.  

Provided project management and advisory assistance to a large midwestern university during their implementation of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) v 12c. Led the installation, design, build, testing, and deployment of the solution to the campus users to support their financial, supply chain, grants, human capital management and student information decision making efforts.

Government

Large State and Local Government - Project Director and process redesign team leading a multi-phase and multi-year project to redesign the financial, grants, procurement, and supply chain business processes while leveraging leading practices-based functionality and technologies delivered through market leading packaged software vendor solution.  The project also includes the design, build, integrate, and deliver reporting and analytics capabilities through a market leading business intelligence and data warehouse solution.  This project will streamline business processes, enhance data and process integrity, improve timely access to information, revise job responsibilities to align with technology-enabled business processes, deploy an easy to use and intuitive end user interface via web-based, mobile and 24/7 single sign-on systems, and validate the vendor solution implemented aligns with the City’s technical architecture standards. This project will also include a comprehensive change management and communications approach that promotes project ownership, engagement, and involvement, provides a comprehensive end user business process and systems training and knowledge transfer program; and deploys a service-oriented post production help desk and application support structure.  The revised processes and systems will be deployed to the over 60 agencies and/or departments in multiple deployments by entity.   The project also included designing and staffing a post implementation support team for the recently completed Oracle eBusiness human capital management implementation.  

Large East Coast Healthcare System - Led an ERP and BI Support Structure Assessment project.  The client is nearing the end of their primary implementation of PeopleSoft and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Solution across their multiple business units. The client team supported the PeopleSoft human resources & payroll, finance, supply chain, and portal/integration hub functionality, along with supporting other 3rd party systems that provide time and attendance, recruiting, warehousing, and business intelligence/reporting capabilities through two separate teams: Business-led analysts who perform troubleshooting and configuration activities, and an IT-led team of technical analysts during the implementation.  The client's objectives for the Assessment Project were to understand how best to structure ERP operational support to cost effectively meet customers’ service level expectations post implementation, taking into account leading practices and industry trends.  The evaluation included analyzing alternatives that either align functional support with the Business while continuing to collaborate with IT for technical support or consolidate functional and technical support within Information Technology or the Business  The project also included a recommendation on the mix of services, if any, that will be provided by co-source, 3rd party provider.

Provided staff augmentation services during the implementation of SAP Order to Cash, Materials and Supply Chain Mgmt, Financials, and HANA implementation for a large vehicle manufacturer, retailer, and service provider. Outlined roles needed to support the implementation activities, identified and screened candidates for each role, and staffed resources to perform implementation roles.

Project manager for a PeopleSoft v9.1 financials support project at an international manufacturing and distribution company.  Created a project plan to upgrade PeopleSoft from v9.1 to v9.2, redesign the financials business processes to remove customizations and more closely align with the delivered functionality, and extend the asset management functionality to more of the international operating entities. 

Project Director for a Salesforce customer relationship management systems implementation for a professional services consulting organization.  The project team designed and implemented the Salesforce Marketing and Sales functionality to support the marketing and sales functions for the technology services practice.  Team consisted of 5 functional and 2 technical resources planning, designing, configuring, testing and deploying the application to the end users and consultants across the practice.
