Provided staff augmentation services during the implementation of SAP Order to Cash, Materials and Supply Chain Mgmt, Financials, and HANA implementation for a large vehicle manufacturer, retailer, and service provider. Outlined roles needed to support the implementation activities, identified and screened candidates for each role, and staffed resources to perform implementation roles.

Project Director for a Salesforce customer relationship management systems implementation for a professional services consulting organization.  The project team designed and implemented the Salesforce Marketing and Sales functionality to support the marketing and sales functions for the technology services practice.  Team consisted of 5 functional and 2 technical resources planning, designing, configuring, testing and deploying the application to the end users and consultants across the practice.

Provided change management leadership and staff augmentation assistance during a large scale international, phased roll-out of PeopleSoft v9.2 enterprise service automation and human capital management implementation at a professional services organization. 

The PeopleSoft financials and distribution implementation project for a $8 billion media and entertainment company.  The project focused on designing and implementing PeopleSoft’s general ledger, fixed assets, purchasing, inventory and accounts payable applications to support financial operations at 20 of the 60 business units within the organization.

A PeopleSoft financials implementation planning project at a software development company.  PeopleSoft’s general ledger, budgeting, eProcurement, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets, projects, billing, accounts receivable, and travel expense functionality was implemented to replace the custom legacy financial systems.

Project manager for a PeopleSoft v9.1 financials support project at an international manufacturing and distribution company.  Created a project plan to upgrade PeopleSoft from v9.1 to v9.2, redesign the financials business processes to remove customizations and more closely align with the delivered functionality, and extend the asset management functionality to more of the international operating entities. 

Project Director for a PeopleSoft customer relationship management systems implementation for an industrial electronic products services organization.  The project team designed and implemented PeopleSoft’s support, field service and employee portal applications and integrating these applications with a customized supply chain, manufacturing and financial packaged software solution operating on the AS400.

A case for action, software selection and PeopleSoft financials and supply chain implementation project at a $1 billion transportation services company.  PeopleSoft’s general ledger, budgeting, eProcurement, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets, projects, billing, accounts receivable, order management, inventory and travel expense functionality was used as the catalyst for redesigning the organization’s business operations, reducing days sales outstanding, and further leveraging their spend with channel partners and suppliers.

A PeopleSoft financials, distribution and enterprise data warehouse implementation for a large technology and print outsourcing company.  The project included implementing PeopleSoft’s general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and project accounting functionality to standardize transaction processing.  The company also implemented PeopleSoft’s enterprise performance management warehouse and the related customer, product line and financial insights.  The team is also configured the activity based management toolset to allocate costs for both management and financial reporting.

The information systems and planning project focused on upgrading/implementing PeopleSoft functionality to support the international’s finance operations of a hotel management company.  PeopleSoft’s general ledger, billing, accounts receivable, eProcurement, purchasing, accounts payable, asset management, expense management, cash management, and enterprise performance warehouse functionality was included in the scope of the plan.  The plan also included the implementation of Hyperion’s enterprise solutions to support consolidation and management reporting needs.

A PeopleSoft financial and human resource management systems implementation for a large retailer.  The project included the implementation of PeopleSoft’s general ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed assets, billing, receivables, human resources, benefits, and payroll to support standardized transaction processing within a new shared services center.
